About Us |
Why A Living Balance?
We view each individual as a unique person with
unique needs and work to create a personalized program for each client.
It is our desire to bring knowledge, clarity,
and hope to people in order that they may live
healthier, happier, fuller and vibrant lives. We
bring this by educating audiences of all ages about
how the body works, concentrating first on
nutrition and then lifestyles through either
individual counseling, group lectures and/or
workshops. We view the body as a whole entity that
needs to be teased and touched on every sense level
to keep the mind, body and spirit whole, integrated
and healthy.
Our company's history and achievements.
A Living Balance has been able to
help numerous individuals reach their weight
loss goals and achieve improved
energy and vitality, while reducing anxiety, stress and
depression. We achieve this by incorporating the
Functional Medicine Matrix of healing from the inside
out-from the root of the problem.
We have helped individuals reverse conditions
such as adult onset diabetes, high cholesterol,
a compromised digestive system, including acid
reflux. This, we do naturally with a reasonable
adoption of changes in lifestyle, eating habits
and supplemental support.
A Living Balance is also proud to
be part of an aspect that
has long been ignored in the drug and alcohol
recovery community. We’ve been able to bring
important tools to individuals seeking sobriety
with supplementation and nutrition, both of
which better increases their chances of long term
sobriety.
We have a team that can support you in whatever
you are trying to achieve. We work closely with
health care professionals that practice
integrative and/or functional medicine,
chiropractors, yoga instructors,
acupuncturists and more. A partial list of this team and
website addresses can be found on our links
page.
